Outsourcing for a cutting-edge foundation

Since 2017, the Swiss Foundation for Innovation and Training in Surgery (SFITS) has been providing advanced training to medical professionals in interventional and surgical procedures. Its objectives were to improve invoicing and payroll management processes and to master VAT regulations.

We worked at each of these levels, providing our expertise to advise on and establish financial processes and administrative management of human resources and accounting. Our experts’ availability, analytical abilities and their responsiveness allowed the foundation to focus on developing its training activities and setting up its operational processes.

We are very happy to have helped the SFITS further establish itself and succeed, particularly as its work is both unique and multi-disciplinary and it operates in a highly specific professional environment. This meant that several VAT experts and an accountant were required to work on the project. Interdisciplinary coordination enabled us to provide optimal service for each of the assignments entrusted to us.
