Our client, an autonomous public entity, has launched a number of large-scale construction projects in recent years. To manage the latest of these, it set up a dedicated structure, processes and tools. The client asked our experts to carry out an objective, independent assessment in order to ensure the adequacy of the project’s financial management.
The strategic aspects, investment level and duration of the project made it very distinctive. Specific assessment was required, due to the technical features, and the specific control and coordination processes that had to be put in place. We are happy to have helped strengthen management procedures for this project.
